In effectively matching the candidates to the employer’s needs, we also ensure our candidates have:
 
  • Taken part in a detailed interview and at least two reference checks,
  • Tested for requisite skills (generally numeracy and literacy),
  • Medically assessed where relevant,
  • Qualifications verification, including verification from overseas institutions,
  • Appropriate working Visas and Tax File Numbers.
